2.Attach the Controller：Securely connect the controller tothe dedicated port on the leggings.
3.Check Skin Contact：Ensure electrodes inside the leggingsmake good contact with your skin.
4.Power On：Flashing “ON” means the device is performing a safety check.
If you can increase intensity, it passed.
If not, check skin moisture and contact.
Make sure electrodes touch skin and are not blocked.
5.Select Training Mode：Cycle through modes using the buttonto choose your desired program.The up and down buttons allow you to adjust the EMS output intensity level.
